1. Authorized Use, Professional Qualification, & Non-Resale
ULTIMATE PEPTIDES USA / ULTIMATE PEPTIDE USA LLC (the "Company") provides high-purity research compounds exclusively for laboratory research, in vitro studies, and scientific investigation. By placing an order, the purchaser explicitly warrants that they are a licensed healthcare professional, a qualified researcher, or an authorized academic or institutional representative, purchasing strictly for end-use internal research purposes only. The resale, redistribution, or export of these products is strictly prohibited.
2. Assumed Risk and Safety Handling
The purchaser acknowledges the inherent risks associated with chemical research and confirms they have the necessary training, expertise, and facilities to handle, store, and utilize such substances safely.
3. Buyer Indemnification Clause
The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its parent corporation, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the user's purchase, handling, storage, or use of the products.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Company provides these products "as is" and disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or mishandling of the compounds.
5. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
All agreements and transactions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our entity is registered (United Kingdom). Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
