1. Research-Only Acknowledgment & Non-Resale Agreement
By ordering from ULTIMATE PEPTIDES USA / ULTIMATE PEPTIDE USA LLC, you explicitly agree that all materials are designed, synthesized, and sold **strictly for in-vitro or analytical laboratory research use only**. You acknowledge that these materials are not approved for human or veterinary ingestion, injection, clinical trials, or domestic consumption. The resale, redistribution, or export of these products is strictly prohibited. Each transaction is framed as a sale to an end-user for internal research purposes only.
2. Assumed Risk
The purchaser acknowledges and confirms they are aware of the inherent risks associated with chemical research and handling biochemical substances. The purchaser represents that they have the necessary training, expertise, equipment, and laboratory facilities to handle, store, and utilize such substances safely.
3. Buyer Indemnification Clause
The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ULTIMATE PEPTIDES USA / ULTIMATE PEPTIDE USA LLC, its parent corporation, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the user's purchase, handling, storage, or use of the products.
4. Limitation of Liability
The company provides these products "as is" and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular research purpose. Under no circumstances shall ULTIMATE PEPTIDES USA / ULTIMATE PEPTIDE USA LLC or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the chemical compounds.
5. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
All agreements, transactions, and disputes are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our entity is registered, specifically the United Kingdom. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and the purchaser consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
